Go to the site and click on "Sign Up Here!"
Fill in the Form Details: Email address and 4 digit pin number (you will need this to set up your voicemail message)
The next part - How would you like to receive your messages?
I would select one that sends your messages to your email account.
* Everytime I get a new voicemail message I receive a nice email from K7 with an audio attachment of my message. I download it and listen to it from my computer, I can rewind at anytime to catch phone numbers and names to write them down. This is Extremely Convenient!
Then select your file size that you want sent to your email.
Click on Submit and Viola! You have yourself a new phone number that people can call 24 hours a day.
Setup your new voicemail
Call your new number and hit * and enter your 4 digit pin and press 1 to change your greeting. Just follow the directions and your new voicemail is complete.
You can login to your back office of your lead capture page and swap your phone number to your new one so you don't get bothered at late hours.
*** Be sure to get at least 1 voicemail message every 30 days to keep your number active or they will disconnect and assign it to somebody else. I call mine once a month regardless just to make sure. I have several phone numbers with K7 for different businesses.
